01 — Clarity

Step one: A kickoff session with your coach to review Life Capitals and define Baseline and Personalized Habits for each Life Capital.

Process:

  • Define your Talents (how you are uniquely gifted)

  • Define your Replenishment Cycle (activities you do to “fill your bucket”) 

  • Define your Routines (morning, start/end workday, evening)

  • Commit to the Baseline Habits for each Life Capital

  • Define and Commit to the Personalized Habits for each Life Capital

  • Define your Via Negativa: The one habit that if stop builds up each Life Capital

  • Habit Environment Creation: Obvious, Attractive, Easy, Satisfying.

Results:

  • You have 12 habits defined that create compound returns in your Life Capitals.

  • You have a simple tracking tool to measure your success.

  • You will know your talents, routines, how you replenish yourself.

02 — Community

Your coach will introduce you to your like-hearted Community. Group is committed. Believes in First Principles. All community commits to baseline habits. Personalized habits are specific to individuals, but each member commits to them. 

Process:

  • Kick-off Video Conference call with all group members

  • Slack channel with a group (ongoing communication).

  • Weekly Check-in (Video conference) with a group (guided by coach)

Results:

  • Habit tracking for each member (updated and sent out by the coach weekly.)

  • Baseline Habits everyone commits to (builds continuity) 

  • Access to Modules: Most simple, curated, and best information in each of the Life Capital category (to be developed).

03 — Coaching

Your coach, who embodies and upholds the First Principles, will be the guide who is along for the journey.

Process:

  • Weekly Videos/Message from your coach to all group 

  • Weekly All Group

  • Personalized Daily Check-in from your coach

  • Workouts provided.

  • Whole Food and Macro Principals

Results:

  • Accountability on habits.
